Hi All,
I am trying to run my graph from the command line, and with EXT_SORT it works fine. However, when I swap this for FAST_SORT, I get a noclassdeffound error for the FAST_SORT. I realise FAST_SORT is a commercial addon so probably isn’t in the standard set of classes, but which jar do I need to add to the classpath to make it work? I tried cloveretl.component.commercial.jar, but I get the same problem.
I am using the version of Clover bundled with the IBM Infosphere product.
Thanks.
Dear Gary637,
As this issue releates to IBM Infosphere please do contact IBM support in this matter directly. They need to be informed about this issue and will work with us directly if needed. Thank you for your cooperation!
I was hoping for a quicker reply here than going through IBM support…it can take a long time.
I am not using any of the IBM infosphere functionality, I am just using the out of the box clover components to manipulate a lot of text files and databases. Is FAST_SORT a standard component?
Dear Gary637,
We are sorry we can’t help you in this matter. For OEM products we are trying to help directly with issues touching basic functionality of CloverETL like components setting, CTL2, performance, etc. As the OEM partner is allowed to change many things in CloverETL during bundling - like component existence, licensing, support for command line run, etc. - we are not able to answer such questions. This is why we are asking OEM customers to contact directly OEM partner.
Thank you for your understanding.
