Resources > Performance Not Showing Graphs (CPU, Memory, Running Jobs)

I have a CloverDX 5.10.0 server running on a Windows Server 2016 with Apache Tomcat 9. The installation of the server went fine, everything is working; however, on the dashboard for the in Resources in the Performance block, where there should be graphs is just empty space. There is nothing … no errors … just … blank … space.

Additionally, in looking at the performance.logs in the tomcat/temp/cloverlogs … it’s not registering any CPU % … system, clover, etc. are all coming up 0’s. There are some read outs for heap and the other outputs.

I’m thinking the two may be related and in some way a permissions issue; however, I’m at a loss as to where to go digging. The server is FULLY functional in every other way.

Any clues?

Hi Spudnic,
the user that is running Tomcat needs to have proper performance monitor user rights to be able to access OS information, such as the CPU usage (for more information, please review this article). Make sure to add the user to the “Performance Log Users” group in Windows and restart the server. On a side note, we also have this issue already registered in our JIRA so you can follow the link for more details on how it will be handled from the CloverDX perspective going forward. If you keep having these issues despite changing the access permissions, kindly reach out to CloverCARE Support directly instead of via Forum.
