Reclaim Designer license from a lost hard drive?

We have a situation where an employee with a CloverETL Designer license on his desktop PC left the company and our IT department formatted his hard drive before we could take any action to remove the license from his CloverETL Designer intallation. Is there anything we have do to reclaim that license? I know that Designer licenses can be installed on up to 2 machines for the same person, with the intention of supporting a desktop and laptop for the same person. This particular license was never installed on more than his desktop PC, so there’s one use of the license left, but we’d really like to be able to get both back to support a desktop/laptop installation.

CloverETL license is bound to person. You can contact support@cloveretl.com if you need to change assigned person. Please attach license number. Also it would be best if mail is sent by person who purchased licenses.

We will do the change and then you can download updated license under your account on cloveretl.com.
