Problem reading a csv

hii i have a problem reading a CSV file I have used bothe delimited data reader as well as universal data reader but i cant preview or crate a metadata on the file. the same file opened perfectly on another ETL tool(SQL Server Integration Services)what cud be the problem?how can i solve it

the file can be read with with metadata with 80 string fields, although some lines have too many comas. Remember also to set skipSourceRows=“1” on metadata or skipRows=“1” on the Reader.
