CloverDX Spreadsheet writer error - Excel workbook

Dear Forum Members

I am getting an error writing to excel files using CloverDX server, it works fine using CloverDX client application but when I deploy the graph on to the server (production server), it failed on Spreadsheet writer component, below is the error:

I have found the below article, as per the post some linux machines missing a library required by CloverDX - fontconfig.

I have forwarded the above links to my internal support team and it is not related to the above library as we have non-prod environment and I am able to create excel file using that on our non-production environment.

Hi,

Based on the information provided, it does seem to be a fontconfig issue. However, to investigate further, we need to analyze the run log of the failed execution and the support package. Please attach the mentioned files to the ticket you’ve raised.
