1. The Commercial Component, can I use it without purchase?
2. If I am not purchase the Clover Server, how many component that I can’t use? (List of the component)

You can use commercial version of CloverETL for testing & eval purposes for 45 days with no charge. The other licenses of CloverETL are charged. Please contact sales@cloveretl.com for futher information.
CloverETL Designer has a unique feature comparing to competitors’ products - you don’t need server to be able to run an ETL job. So you actually do not loose functionality if you run only the Designer. A full production environment requires certain level of control and automation though. That’s what CLoverETL Server brings. Again, our sales department will answer all your questions.

I am sorry but this is not possible, EULA prevents you from any modifications of our commercial engine. See http://www.cloveretl.com/eula, section 4, paragraph 4.2.
