LookupTable can support as Connection manner, configuration information can be passed Properties document loading.

I think as long as it is under the Global element of the node should be one of the common parts, it should be the same as CONNECT nodes can be reusable.

now lookup tables can’t be define global, but this is good idea. It will be probably implemented in new engine version.
