Graphs Not Running: 2 Errors "Can't load property definition from workspace.prm"

ENGINE: Error during graph initialization (org.jetel.exception.XMLConfigurationException: Can’t load property definition from workspace.prm). LoadAttributes.grf /AmFam Reinsurance/AmFam-Reinsurance/graph/config/Data 1306204897681 CloverETL Problems

These are the 2 errors showing up in Integrator. I’m unable to get any graphs to run. The graphs were running earlier in the day and there haven’t been any changes to the workspace.prm file.

Looking for a direction as to where the error might be emerging. Is this an issue specific to the graphs and elements the errors originate from or a wider server based issue?
