We need to connect to MS Teams share folders in order to read the files and further to process, Is it possible to connect using CloverDX?

I assume, you want to access files/documents somehow stored in Teams - which, in turn, use OneDrive/SharePoint for the data storage.
Clover offers OneDrive/SharePoint library for accessing files/documents stored there
If you need a different “connection” to MS Teams then a similar approach (using API calls) could be worked out.
