Hi, I’m trying to use the EmailSender component, but I can 't get it to work. I’m using a [mailgun.com](http://mailgun.com) account, I can send mail via the smtp server using the Apple Mail program, but not via Clover. I get this error: --------------------------------- Error details ---------------------------------- Component [EmailSender:EMAIL\_SENDER] finished with status ERROR. (In0: 0 recs) Component pre-execute initialization failed. EMAIL\_SENDER SMTP connection failure 535 5.7.0 Mailgun is not loving your login or password ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I’ve tried varous SSL/STARTTLS settings but can’t get it to work. Are there any know issues with mailgun? Thanks John ---

Hi John, I was able to reproduce your issue on my end, I have found that the EmailSender was able to send emails from a Mailgun account. I found that the error occurs when I have an incorrect password or username. If your issue continues please send me your graph (remove any sensitive data please), I would like to take a look at your EmailSender settings. Regards,
