# Email sender - SMTP port problem

I am trying to use the EmailSender component and specify a custom SMTP port under the Advanced section.

It seems that this property isn’t taken into account because whatever value I put in it, it always tries to connect to the port 25.

The version is CloverETL Server 4.0.6.3/3, CloverETL Designer 4.0.6.003.

Did someone successfully sent an email with a custom SMTP port?
