Re: Query on RunGraph component

Hi Balaji, generally speaking, we recommend using the ExecuteGraph component over the RunGraph component as a general rule. You can think of ExecuteGraph as a successor to RunGraph. In other words, RunGraph is rather obsolete and minimal maintenance and development attention has been paid to this co...

Re: Resources > Performance Not Showing Graphs (CPU, Memory, Running Jobs)

Hi Spudnic, the user that is running Tomcat needs to have proper performance monitor user rights to be able to access OS information, such as the CPU usage (for more information, please review this article ). Make sure to add the user to the "Performance Log Users" group in Windows and res...

Re: How to Unpivot a Table by using CLoverDx

Hello Nitish, there are at least 2 options how you can approach this challenge both of which I have demonstrated in the attached graph: 1. Using the MetaPivot component ⋅ This component is quite elegant and easy to use because it does not require any configuration. It automatically convert...

Re: NLTK with Clover

Hi Uykusuzzzz, let me answer your questions below: ⋅ I am not familiar with NLTK and its usage but generally speaking, CloverDX does not possess machine learning capabilities. ⋅ Generally, the easiest, most convenient, and error-prone way of using Python in CloverDX data transfor...

Re: Excel to XML Transforming Issue

Hi Burakburak, first of all, I would suggest reviewing our documentation (namely the first example shown in Figure 56.27. Mapping Editor) details on how to design the mapping in different situations. To demonstrate the practice, I have attached a simple example graph that resembles your use case. Wo...

Re: Spreadsheet Does Not Exist

Hi Staraptor78, I presume that the issue occurs repeatedly for the same files. If my assumption is correct could you provide an example of such an Excel file so that I can test it on my end? If my assumption is not correct can you confirm that at the time of the graph execution, the files: ⋅&nb...

Re: Clear Persistent Lookup

Hi Paul, just a thought on the issue with being unable to delete the .db file, could you confirm that you intend to delete the file in a later phase than the lookup table is being written into (as the screenshot provided by David indicates)? Similarly, can you confirm that the file is not "in-u...

Re: GC overhead limit exceeded

Hi,
before jumping into conclusions, I would like to inspect the behind-the-scenes information of the Designer. Please provide me with CloverDX Designer log files called "CloverDX.log" and ".log" that are both located in the .metadata directory within your workspace.
Best regards,

Hello, this error message is quite common and is typically caused by one of the following two conditions: 1. An error in the input file For instance, a record delimiter or field delimiter is missing in the input file or there is one more delimiter than it should be. This can corrupt the parsing of t...

Re: Word Documents

Hi Amaiolo, unfortunately, there is currently no built-in component that would allow for reading Word documents out-of-the-box. However, it should be feasible by leveraging our CustomJavaComponent in combination with Apache POI . This way you can program your own Word reader component and use it in ...

Re: GC overhead limit exceeded

Hello, the "GC overhead limit reached" exception is typically thrown because the amount of live data barely fits into the Java heap having little free space for new allocations. A more in-depth explanation can be found in this article in the Oracle Java Documentation . To make the long sto...
